Random Thoughts...

On a totally random sidenote, I downloaded Opera into my cellphone just a few minutes ago. I have a Nokia E51 the last 3-4 years (and I am perfectly fine without a smartphone. I use my phone to make calls only) and I feel as if I discovered the fire or something like that.

I believe that most of you guys are fans of smartphones, but I use my phone to make calls 99% of the time, so I don't need a smartphone at this point...

There was also a YouTube application. Ok, it's like trying to write a text using a hammer and a chisel, instead of a computer or even a simple pencil, but it's something. This is the first video I saw:

^That is INCREDIBLE! How long did it take you to complete the whole triathlon from start to finish?

Local triathlon contest; 60km with bicycle, 5 km of swimming on a river and 10 km of running - i've finished 5th this weekend...:)

2nd with bicycle with 33 secs of delay...;) Not bad for a 94 kg SOB...:D

Amazing!!!!

I really want to participate in a triathlon soon. How to you train yourself? I normally run 45-60 minutes and bike for about 2-3 hours, from monday till saturday

Thanks! :)

Well, during spring and summer i swim every 2nd day in a week in the local river upstream and sometimes in the local lake, during winter also every 2nd day, but in closed pool of course. I run every 3rd day in a week from 30 - 60 minutes and concerning bicycle, well, every day 3 hours at least... 80 - 90 km...:D

I am a bit angry right now. My everyday car, made by the people who invented perfume to avoid taking a shower, overheated. The whole 22 years of its life, that has spent with family always worked perfectly, even when I first got my driving license and did my best to blow it up - it resisted! Now, I think it's time for a new thermostat...

Thanks! :)

You do so little jogging/running? If I stop running for more than 3 days, my stamina and resistence goes to hell :(
You're gonna laugh, but having a swimming pool in home and living in a city that has a 31ºC annual temp media, I rarely swim...

LOL...:D

Honestly, i hate running, HATE! I do it just because it's a part of triathlon, otherwise i wouldn't do it at all... I'm 94 kg, that's why i hate it.

Put me on a bicycle from Udine to Brescia and i'll do it without stopping with 2 bottles of water in a record time, no problem, just don't force me to do running/jogging. ;) :D

Would you believe that 3 months ago i drove 155 km with a lot of climbing, twisty roads that included 10 km of macadam, with an average speed of 38 km/h without stopping? ;) Yes, i did... That's my personal record and i want to break it this month on a route that's 172 km long...

Will keep you posted about that... Just need to decide which boy will take me to that record, Cannondale or Colnago...:D

Today the temp. reached 38ºC (100 F) and it's winter in this part of world  I really don't want to find out what the spring/summer is bringing.....

I put gasoline in dad's brand new Volvo diesel, and ran for 10km. Set me back €1300:banghead:

I discovered this series yesterday and it was a huge mistake. Now I am addicted!

One of my most favourite songs: "Under the awning" (it's kind of in greek :D )

Finishing today my 4th tattoo on my back... Alltogether 18 hours of work, no pain at all. Ok, maybe a little, but it will be worth of all that time and effort put in it. :D

Next - my left arm, in a month or two. :D

Just signed up for a track day for the Clio 200 and wondering whether it will rack up huge costs in wear & tear for me!

Can anyone say PROMETHEUS?? with one exception... we don`t go to him in outer space as the movie suggest. He comes to us from outer space. (Random thoughts, fit the pieces together like a puzzle if you can, this is pretty spooky, and quit mysterious. (Get ready for the next Hollywood film,) lOl!
