Another really good video of TH Extra.

The beeping, Piano black interior, fake engine noise, lane assist, speed limit warning and Start/Stop really drives me nuts.

But I really like the new LED Matrix headlamps.

I had my E39 parked outside my apartment building the other day, and some blithering idiot decided to shake her tablecloth clean, out of the front balcony. And that's why I replaced my windshield...

The trusty old Clio, which I still use every now and then, developed a cooling issue. I chased leaks and blocked pipes for months, but I wasn't careful enough and it blew a head gasket. Luckily it's so simple that it's a quick, easy and cheap fix!

Robot car vs winter.

We laugh, but this is what true machine learning looks like. While the rest of the world is hanging on an orange magalomaniac's rhetoric of western domination, these little robot f#ckers are learning from their mistakes. I must say, though, the first vid looks suspiciously doctored.

So much of what was televised from Davos was excruciatingly embarrassing. IMHO, Canadian PM Carney's address was the absolute highlight. And one of the very, very few. We are living in grotesquely bizarre times. But alas, it is what it is.

Churchill-like urgency.

We have 1918, 1945, 1989 and now 2026

This is nuts.

My city (The Hague) already has that and was the first in the world.

Absolutely.

The US is utterly and irreparbly f#cked.

100 years of diplomacy and quite frankly world domination down the drain because of one orange baboon. The history books are going to be filled with this stuff.

I really loved this vid here. Just an average normal American reacting to the Carney speech. Definitely worth a watch:

This is nuts.

I look at it this way:

If this can somehow contribute to folks buying and ingesting far less (if any at all) industrially produced, generously additive laced, transfat and sugar rich processed "meat-similar" garbage, then...why not ? That crap is immensely unhealthy and also leads to a drainage of state healthcare capacities and resources. I readily admit to being quite a "Nutrition Nazi" on these issues.

As far as the fossil fuel issue is concerned... My sympathies and empathy for so-called "Big Oil" has it's limitations. But at least they are not totally averse to diversification, which is quite alright.

Frankly, this stuff does not require advertisement. Many people will continue to eat crap, many people will continue to visit petrol/diesel stations, heat with gas, purchase consumer goods made from synthetics and plastics, consume pharmaceuticals, etc. The former out of poor habit, the latter simply out of current sheer necessity.

The Question is always where does it stop, next is probably Gouda cheese or Milk( you need Cows who are destroying the climate with the methane gas they produce), Bananas ( because you need fossils to import them) and so on.

Therefore I am against any bans regarding advertisements.

I think it's the opposite and refers to natural meat, which is why I think it's stupid.
Going from banning advertising to banning consumption is sometimes only a matter of years.

They love banning things over there, but marijuana is legal.
