911 Porsche 911 Sport Classic

The Porsche 911 model series (pronounced Nine Eleven or in German: Neunelf) is a family of German two-door, high performance rear-engine sports cars, introduced in September 1964 by Porsche AG of Stuttgart, Germany.
Still its the prettiest Porscha since Carrera GT (IMO)
and I happens to own one... :D on forza that is.. ;)

It has been a long time since I announced that my mother in law's boyfriend had bought a 911 SC, and finally it has arrived. He passed by yesterday to show the car. Unfortunately I did not have my camera present but I will make up for that as soon as I can.
The car looks great, although the colour in IRL is a bit different from what you can see on pics. I thought it was more light blue but it's not, it's actually more grey, and it's not a metallic paint either, but it looks awesome. The duck tail is great andwhen you open it you can see the porsche performance airbox, great view. It sounds great as well a lot better than a standard 911 (the guy also onws a 911 C4s cabrio). The serial n° is 219 and in Belgium there are only 4 cars, one of which remains in the dealers hands (ser n° 55).
I hope I will be invited for a ride soon, and I will make sure that next time I visit him I will have my camera to get some pics, cause I understand this post is worthless without pics ;).
Someting striking that I haven't seen in pics before is the roof, which has 2 lumps you can see them in the press pic where the car is seen from the back (just checked). The fuchs rims look great IMHO!!
Hope to have the pics soon!!

A true Porsche fan would pick the Sport Classic over any GT3 RS.

Eeeerrrrr.....why???

Edit;

BTW, BMW///MPower, that quote of mine 'only retards buy the Sport Classic' a few posts up is of course only a matter of speech, my way of saying I personally would buy a Turbo S or something for that kind of money.
The Sport Classic is fantastic in everything but it's crazy price: it remains to be a 'simple' Carrera S

No problem everyone has the right to its own opinion, and I must agree it is a lot of money for a limited carrera, but the guy is a true enthousiast (owns 1 912, 3 x 356 and 2 x 911) and he can afford it, but it is a fact that he doubted before buying it, but I am glad he did :D.

^^^ Yeah, that definitely changes things. I don't have to money to even buy the most standard 911, but when someone's rich and already owns like four Porsches.....yeah, the Sport Classic is a must have for those people.

Dunkel:
Well if you like to pay € 100.000 extra for a special exhaust system, retro rims and and spoiler...... be my guest ;)
I would personally take a Targa S and save the money for other things :)

I'm no fan of the Targa. Anyways, if you take a manual Carrera 2 S (one of the best cars in the entire Porsche lineup) and add what is included in the SC and factor in such elements that are not available other than on the SC, the premium is not that bad.

Well as promised here are the first pics. The car was parked inside the garage (next to a lovely 356 coupé) so the quality of the pics is not very good. When I get the chance I will try to get some better shots. But for now here you go:
