I voted for the Rapide.

There will always be a faster, or more technologically advanced car than my pick, but the design is timeless and although old, it's aged gracefully. It still looks great to me, and that's why it's my pick.

I think the second generation CLS63 with the facelift looks better than any of these, including the new body cls53.

Just more aggressive with the angles/cuts/lines yet sleek at the same time.

Truly an interesting survey.

Quite remarkable how the Mercedes-AMG GT 4 door liftback coupe has "caught up" to the Panamera II. The M-B-AMG is a car which I have yet to get some kind of "handle" on. Frankly, I really do not know just what to think of it.

And the "drop to ones' knees gorgeous" (at least in M6 guise) yet long-in-tooth F06 GC outranking the C257 CLS (which can be absolutely beautiful when suitably configured) is also a bit of a surprise to me.

As for the second-gen new A7 Sportback... I can understand the "reserved" response. It is only after seeing this car in-the metal in a realistic environment that I have learned to really appreciate it.

Its because the BMW fans( I'm such one, but this time I voted for the magnificent Panamera) do not have another alternative and the votes of the MB fans are split between 2 options

Perhaps Audis' not being the most phonogenic automobiles may have something to do with it. The A7 Sportback can look lovely...or...ungainly, depending on the angle of the photoshot.
