Golf [Official] VW Golf GTI Concept

Still, noone figured out what's the weird thing about these straps?

Apart from the opinion that I can't see how those buckets would hold the spring cramped.

I'll spill the beans: These straps have just a simple locking mechanism. Which means that they should have put 6-7 people in the car, another 2 on the roof and one guy on the hood, so that the springs will compress, and then one should tie these straps there. It would be MUCH more simpler if it wasn't for those simple locks, but the straps had that ratchet mechanism!

I still don't see the point in suggesting that the car sits (ever so slightly) lower than it really does unless this/these show cars didn't have the finished ride height of what the production ones would have?

Hmm, not sure. There's something the design reminds of but can't put my finger on it. Anyhow, the rotational direction of the spoke design will still be different left-to-right. Pagani's the only maker I can think of that designed wheels specifically for the left and right side of the car so that the "whirlwinds" rotate in the same, correct direction.
