Quite surprised to see how underpowered that A45S was. If I were the owner I would have written a letter to AMG Germany to complain about the car been well below claimed spec. His A45S has the same outputs as the regular A45 (387PS) but considerably less torque.

He should lawyer-up and sue the heck outta of Mercedes. Call the mainstream media watchdogs to expose how Mercedes is fleecing customers to pay extra just to have an "S" badge when the power is pretty much identical from a cheaper non S model.
