86 [Official] Toyota GT 86

The Toyota 86 and the Subaru BRZ are 2+2 sports cars jointly developed by Toyota and Subaru, manufactured at Subaru's Gunma assembly plant. For the first-generation model, Toyota marketed the sports car as the 86 in Asia, Australia, North America (from August 2016), South Africa, and South America; as the Toyota GT86 in Europe; as the 86 and GT86 in New Zealand; as the Toyota FT86 in Brunei, Nicaragua and Jamaica and as the Scion FR-S (2012–2016) in the United States and Canada.
Everything about this car I can describe with one word - Enough
It has good enough price, quality, handling, engine, fun factor, fuel consumption, design :)
Probably the best all-round sports car ever produced ?
I'll let you know after I drive one :)
I'm a BMW fan all the way, but after reading all the reviews I think you'll be pleasantly unsurprised:D

I saw one of these darlings for the first time two days ago. It was luscious blue and looked fantastic - made my pants tight. God I must drive one.

I think the GT8/BRZ is the ultimate drivers car. I can't think of any new car that has such strong aftermarket support. Here another supercharger kit to be revealed this weak.

In EU maybe not, becasue there will be very few, but in Japan or America I wouldn't start messing up with any ZX6. Who knows what is under the hood!

Hopefully the car won't end up like the Supra whereby it's impossible to find one that hasn't been inappropriately touched by tunners.

Infortunately it will, with again maybe exception in EU. I was looking for a used S2000, most are modded, the few that are not have and have few km, are very expensive. They hold their value wery well. But the ZX6 won't be a rare car, again with exception of EU.

From initial idea to production it took Toyota about 4 years. That is fast for a all new car.

Actually Toyota and Subaru partnered up in late 2005 and the project started then. Remember the FT-HS? It was developed throughout 2006 and later introduced in January 2007. That was eventually watered down a little and became the FT-86/FR-S/BRZ, which of course debuted last year.
