Mother of God. Let's start with the guesses. My guess is 1050 hp for that particular testcar :D Supertest will tell us.

Well, official specs are 2,6/7,2/19,9s, afaik. So not really a surprise.

650S Spider in the same configuration (2 persons on board, full tank) did 100-200 km/h in 5,6s in Sport Auto. 918 Spyder does 4,8s.

Here comes the law of diminishing returns.

At better conditions (less wind) acceleration results could be better, LoL! What a shame :D

Question about sport auto
What they say about the acceleration and "18s"?
What about the complicate graph about power and torque?
7.13... Why so far than claims?
..now LFA fanboys 'll say "better than 918" :D

Good stuff. Is this now the fastest proper 0-100 Km/h time ever achieved by a production car?

Also, impressive down force figures all things considered. Now let's hope and pray they get hold of the P1 and do a similarly thorough testing. (y)

The say in worst case it reaches 300 in 20 seconds but when the wind is down it can also be reached in 18 seconds (bit sad they didnt include it in their numbers...).
The graph shows torque and horsepower wih only engine, with engine and rear electric engine and total.
The only had ONE lap without traffic, all the others had traffic included except two laps for getting to know the car.

I think they will ;) (y)

I can honestly say I did not expect those numbers, they are really impressive and I like it that I was wrong to expect less :)

Porsche did a great job and it seems they are not that UNcompetitive against the Lafer and P1...(y)

I still have some doubt about the height speed... 300 kph 19s and 317 kph @ Ring is incredible with the front engine turned off after 265 kph

Agreed it really is, because from what I can understand the car has (887-129) 758 bhp from 265km/h to topspeed... Maybe the car has more than 887 bhp (it used to be less and they updated the horspower to months ago) and they havent updated it...

The 19,1 s they posted is a two-way average time, so probably with backwind their best was about 18 s. :)

What aboUt the weight? Claimed? Tested? Dry? Kerb?
They always measure weight. ;)

Also, important note that they DID NOT measure the engines' power on dyno, the numbers are factory claims.
