The spotlight today points to Argentine Horacio Pagani, creator of Pagani Automobili, a brand of classified artisanal hypercars, high-end, high-power vehicles, with limited production and exclusive prices. Originally from Santa Fe, the 18-year-old young man who started in the field of vehicles as an amateur wanting to build caravans, is today a man who knew how to forge his own empire in Italy and established himself as the mind and engineering behind one of the most coveted brands by supercar lovers worldwide.

Far from abandoning the premise of exclusive creativity, his immersion in the real estate market is, to the surprise of few, the most premium of all. The name of the project, confirmed but not yet built, is Pagani Residences, a luxury boutique residential building located in North Bay Village, an enclave of tranquility within the city of Miami, whose interiors will be designed by Pagani.

Of course not. Owners will lend their car to people however, and they will 'test' it.
Brands like Pagani don't need to pass some kind of review exam. All cars are already sold anyways.
