Utopia [Official] Pagani Utopia

The successor to the Huayra, named Utopia, was revealed on 12 September 2022. A total of 99 examples of the closed coupé model are planned, with open and track variants possible in the future. All 99 coupés are already assigned to the customers. The first car was delivered in October 2023. The Utopia uses the same M158 twin-turbocharged V12 engine as the Huayra, designed and built by Mercedes-AMG, but upgraded to produce 864 PS (635 kW; 852 hp) at 6000 rpm and 1,100 N⋅m (811 lb⋅ft) of torque available between 2800 and 5900 rpm. Pagani partnered with Xtrac to develop a 7-speed gearbox that will be mounted transversely, available as a pure manual or an automated manual, and coupled with an electro-mechanical differential by a triple plate clutch.
It seems to be going for more of a classic sports car look than modern sports car styling.
The future is electric and BEV super and hypercars will leave ICE cars for dust.

Small volume manufacturers don't have the budget, time and technical resources to compete with the big manufacturers. If you can't compete on performance or value for money then you have to champion something else.

For Pagani that is emotions through:
-Low weight
-Manual/sequentisgearbox

The headlights have to go for the next version of this. Simply ugly execution with that housing.
Yeah. The headlight housing annoys me too. Makes the car look unnecessarily retro.
The side profile of rear deck however, inspired by Huyra R is stunning.

God it looks absolutely sensational in the real life vids.

LMAO at the plebs not liking this.

Pagani officially joining the ranks of 'meh' hypercar brands... The 'Utopia' is closer in its aesthetic concept to a purse by Hermès than to automotive art proper.

F'ing LOL

Correct. It's the male equivalent to a big diamond ring......that they buy for themselves.

If it looks that good on video, in reality it'll be even more so!
At first sight of photos, almost every pagani model looks weird. It takes the brain some time to process she silhouette, contours and details. Videos and IRL spotting do them greater justice.

Oh I know. I've been in this "game" for a couple of decades! LOL!

Car seller Schmeeee doing another well performed job assignment…

No a multi manufacturer car owning enthusiast and also multimillionaire owning museum gentleman being invited to do an relatively exclusive piece on a new Pagani after being invited to attend to the launch of a ONCE in a decade reveal.

Does he ever criticise any car, or does he get to highly paid for promotions?
I cant recall hearing him criticize any car, but I have just seen some of his videos.
That said, I think his presentations are quite good, he is well prepared and enthusiastic. The only problem I have with him is the very last second of every video where he says “cheers” like a goat.

My daughter loves Shmee, finds him very friendly and amiable. I'm not a fan but I no longer can't stand him. Haters gonna hate and Shmee's going to laugh all the way to the bank, and having driven everything we can only ever dream of driving to boot.
