I think this test was made possible because of Harry's connection, of all the journalists and publications, he as been invited to attend the most number of special events from both Pagani and Bugatti, so if you have an exclusive test, why not advertise it to the max? EVO videos are nice, but I see them as a little extra to complement their written reviews.
