I can't believe that I am saying it but I prefer colours that accentuate the grille and its black surround.

Yup, and add to that the headlight graphics. These three will be a near 100% given.

I really should stop looking at it now because I am disliking it more and more. That interior is downright hideous; how many possible LED lights do you want to put in a car for Pete's sake.

I can't believe that I am saying it but I prefer colours that accentuate the grille and its black surround.

It looks ok with the brown and gray paints, but downright hideous on a white car. So cheap. They created DOUBLE hood shutlines believe it or not. WHY?!?

Oh come on, they tweak the grille and rear light graphics with every facelift regardless

The longer I look at the new one, the less warm I get with it. The black plastic bezel around the grille is just hideous. The front end looks too EQ-ish overall. The rear with those bling bling lights with Mercedes stars is too much. Not enough has been made of the good basis with the beautiful sideline. In comparison, the S-Class W223 looks classically beautiful.

Wow, I have a reason to get an S and not en E.

I can’t see this selling in Norway, EQE’s are popping up everywhere, and if Mercedes builds an EQE Touring there wouldn’t be any reason to by a W214.

The E-class will not be imported to Norway.

The normal trim with the classic grill looks better than the sport, at least in my first impression.

Exclusive with a star looks the most preferred option, especially in black. Six cylinders with air suspension would be great. The only thing is that the diffuser with a fake exhaust looks too banal at the back (they could make oval pipes like on 223). The interior trim is pleasant, I hope the lower door cards are with touch plastic, and not hard like on 206, the pockets are covered with velvet, it looks very impressive. Of course, it would be nice to see a designer finish with full leather doors and ceiling handles, but I'm afraid the cost of such an instance will approach the cost of 223
