If it seems like everyone likes those shitty expensive trims,...Mansory, Laurin&Klement, Maybach...etc.
I can't believe you left out "Label" by BMW...actually I can.

And Alpina...Yes, it seems like everyone likes those shitty expensive trims,...Mansory, Laurin&Klement, Maybach...etc.
I didn't even know it existed, wait, but that has nothing to do with the others, you don't read "label" anywhere on a BMW, I think they have Rolls Royce as a trim? sorry again, that's their complete bespoke brand, my bad.I can't believe you left out "Label" by BMW...actually I can.
Nobody knows what they will do with Alpina yet, (hopefully it will be bespoke and trim), plus I'm being sarcastic with you.And Alpina...

Soon-to-be Alpina too...Yes, it seems like everyone likes those shitty expensive trims,...Mansory, Laurin&Klement, Maybach...etc.
I was just screwing Leylandi (and others?) a little.Using Rolls-Royce, an acquired brand that had a full and prestigious history prior to BMW owning them, isn't as effective of a defense as you think it is. We're talking about "shitty expensive trims" which BMW is clearly just as interested in as anyone else. Label might not be posted explicitly on the car but that horrid red detailing and associated marketing tells the story nonetheless.
In any event, yes we'll see what they do with Alpina but I'm willing to bet it's going to follow in the footsteps of what is clearly a lucrative model that other automakers have explored. Remember, I didn't call the strategy shitty like you did.

Of course, beyond the new logo little and nothing is known, I agree that Alpina it would be a very lucrative business as trim and a super lucrative business if it were bespoke, the first case almost "without risk", but the second case can suffer the same fate that Maybach "first blood."yes we'll see what they do with Alpina but I'm willing to bet it's going to follow in the footsteps of what is clearly a lucrative model that other automakers have explored.
It looks much better than the saloon but compared to an E T-model it looks like a hearse. The front spoils the car and needs a drastic quick FLNo contest. The 5 looks like hearse by comparison, but hey it’s edgy and different = bs to cover for an ugly car.

The glory days when the Ford Granada 2.8i Ghia was pitted against the E12 BMW 528i and W123 Mercedes 280E are ancient history and there is no equivalent Ford nowadays to put up a fight.Basic E-class is still more luxurious than your neighbour's Mondeo Ghia or is it Titanium? I'm from a time when fancy Fords had a Ghia badge.
Fear not Psych, the new W214 E-Class is finally in American dealerships according to a Reddit user that posted pics and the $82k window sticker and BenzBlogger on Instagram. She claims to have 5 in stock. All you're doing is pointing out exceptions to the rule. I prefer to focus on the typical way things are done in the car biz. M-B has failed miserably here. There's no getting around that simple fact. But feel free to keep trying to normalize this mess.
They will prep them things and have them on the floor for tomorrow. Well some of them. Saturday is an important sales day.@Merc1

Just spotted this right now, E Classes are already being delivered to dealerships here in SoCal, so estimating in 2-4 weeks they should be on sale if not sooner.
Black ones would be finished off nicely with classic grille.@Merc1
