The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG (C197/R197) is a front mid-engine, 2-seater, limited production sports car developed by the Mercedes-AMG division of Mercedes-Benz. It is the successor to the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. SLS stands for "Super Leicht Sport" (Super Light Sport). Body styles: C197 coupé, and R197 roadster (sooft top convertible). Production: January 2010–2014. Model years: 2010–2015.

Both are stunning cars. Its amazing how close in size the GT R Pro is too the SLS Black Series with the same proportions.SLS AMG Black Series and AMG GT R PRO.

They are officially sold out long time ago. Maybe AMG will be extending production number of One to compesate the loss due to crissis, but I don't believe that will happen. There is 0% anyone new can get it now.

He was probably aiming for Solar Beam yellow, as it was his favorite color for it. Thing is they are more expensive, so I guess he settled for the next best thing.
Also I doubt he is going for AMG One. He has pushed in my head that this is one of his dream cars. I think it is just coincidence that he owns this many Mercs. What he is aiming for however is the AMG GT-R Black Series. He has said it himself.

Yes. I understand what choice can be limited when buying such a rare car. Finding the car with water tight history, the right mileage and price can be challenging.
The car looks next level in yellow! Not bad for a 6 year old car.

Thankfully Shmee's SLS BS isn't going to remain in the boring overcast grey. He's going to respray it Designo Mystic Blue. Yes, you read it right, not a wrap, not a peelable paint but a full sanding down and respray!!!
The job will be carried out by a prestige body repair shop that is also Mercedes approved. Mystic blue is an official SLS colour and the below photos show what it looks like.

I think this is the SLS BS Mystic Blue he was referring to in his video. Not sure if the blue has a purple hue to it, or it is just down to the lighting.

Shmee's SLS has now been resprayed and looks sensational. I am glad he got rid off the dull grey paint work that made it resemble a leased E220D.
One of my previous cars were painted in a deep and alluring shade of blue that I got lots of compliments for. I can picture just how captivating this car will look in the sun.
He is right in saying that the grey colour wasn't doing the car any favour as it sat on a showroom floor for 6 months.
I cannot believe he has got an SLS Black, GT R Pro and a Senna. He's quiet a grafter though and produce more videos than my car vloggers.
