Um, why didn't he state which one he preferred the most out of the three? He wrote an article that states the weaknesses and strengths of the cars, and just ends it there.

^ He appears to me to like the Audi for most things, but conscientiously could not justify knocking the S 63 in its favor. The Jag also appealed to the sporty side... One very weird article. But his point about the S 63 has been made before: it is simply a slightly faster and louder S 550. Almost a styling package at this point, completely different than what AMG does to the E class. The fault for this is a very capable S 550. The car even sounds like an AMG when it idles.

^ Suspect 4MATIC may not fit into the S 63 AMG SWB? Looks like AMG presently offers these versions:

222.077 S 63 AMG SWB RWD (e.g. in Germany w/ MBC standard)
222.177 S 63 AMG LWB RWD (e.g. in Australia/UK as RHD)
222.178 S 63 AMG LWB 4MATIC (e.g. in China, USA)

But it does fit in the coupe doesn't it ?

Speaking of the coupe, the EPC now lists two different S 500 Coupes, one with the familiar 4.6 liter V8 and the other seems to have a V8 with 4.0 liter displacement?

I blame the lack of real competition. And I don't really think people in this class want something as sporty as an E AMG.

In addition to this, the system has a longer service life, is more resistant to corrosion and displays higher thermal stability. The AMG ceramic high-performance composite brake system has front brake discs with a diameter of 420 millimetres and is recognisable by the "AMG Carbon Ceramic" logo on the specially painted brake calipers.
