This shot right here is everything. That shoulder line and profile is pure art.

This side profile of the non AMG is gorgeous and breathtaking.

I really like the side profile of the current CLS, side and front 3/4 view makes it one of the most beautiful cars now, period. The new S class obviously follows the same language, but just like the CLS the rear view is not the best. Yesterday I was checking pictures of this car and a w222FL passed by, and these simple horizontal taillights are nowhere near those magnificent ones on the w222. It’s not that bad, looks ok, but clearly not as well designed as on the w222

Quite true, that. I, for one, am a bit saddened that the C257 will not be suceeded by such a svelte, rakish cabin-back, tastefully long bonneted automobile. While the EQS will certainly be very interesting, that what appears to be "a stubby nose" makes it a bit visually hard to digest.

The W/V223s' interior is truly the absolute highlight of the car. The "modern elegance theme" has been absolutely nailed.

i love the 223 but i cant get over this shiny black plastic massacre. door inlays? shiny black plastic. normal steering wheel? shiny black plastic. back seat air vent surrounding? shiny black plastic. roof control unit? shiny black plastic. we will get the center console in other trims. thats ok. but the other parts?

Sinkwitz is so underrated in terms of profile. He has revolutionised Mercedes interior design.

Why? I just can say why?

All of these surfaces can be made from the wood or steel. The plastic steering wheel: it is a shame!
