It depends on what your home is likeas soon you entered a Mercedes, you felt like home again.

Not when I’m driving.
What about a forrest (with typical sounds in the background like birds singing, a woodpecker or a bumblebee), a beach (seagulls, the surf) or a rainy day (hearing rain and thunder)?
@Mr. Mercedes notice the different colours of the ambient lighting to enhance to the moods.

The W222 facelift had this feature. What's different?
Sure, my pleasure. Mine are from Kessler.Hi @Mick Briesgau - can you tell us which driving gloves are you using?
Been thinking about getting myself a pair to make driving bit more pleasurable.
Surely we'd see mules if that were the case no?Do you guys think the FL S-class will debut in September 2024? Exactly 4 years after W223 was introduced. Just another 6 months to go.

The S580 is supremely quiet and luxurious inside with the red quilttered leather and headrest pillows. The only fly in the ointment in the current S-class interior is the black shiny trim on the center console, the doors, steering wheel and the buttons/panels. I hope they replace this steering wheel in the FL. They need to use an aluminium or even wood steering wheel and full stitched leather boss cover. For US make 4-zone climate control standard.
The absolute low point are the stalks for the gear stick and turn signal. In a haptical and visible sense. It is all screwed well together though, no squeeks and rattles and stuff like that (at least in my car). Shiny black plastics we see everywhere; Audi, Porsche and BMW.Sad to see MB quality is not where it should be. Not even in the mighty S-Class.
Agreed they should be at least aluminium in the S and E classesThe absolute low point are the stalks for the gear stick and turn signal. In a haptical and visible sense. It is all screwed well together though, no squeeks and rattles and stuff like that (at least in my car). Shiny black plastics we see everywhere; Audi, Porsche and BMW.
But those stalks...
I like it, especially combined with the tan/beige leather. Don’t think it’s exquisite as such, but the price makes it exquisite. € 3.808 it is more than twice the price of the piano black flowing lines or more than 7 x times the price of burl walnut wood and poplar wood. What are people's thoughts on the pin striping. Exquisite or yuck?
