x222 is just the xlwb which is the longer LWB.
vv222 is the pullman which will have a different design from the rest of the s class

Is this a photo of the interior at the most basic spec? Notice the plane pattern trim on the dashboard face and the door, and the lack of wood trim below the door's arm rest.

This is Blk/Blk Nappa leather.
As others have stated, MB has been showing their best and highest level trims...
Wood trim on the arm rest requires code 735 - Exclusive Trim, only available in US as a designo option...
Still, we do get quite a few options as standard here in the States, so can't complain, I guess...
