We are all thankful to you for the countless photos you have posted. The issue at least for me and possibly some others is when it's a lot of photos in one post, it takes a while for the thread to load. It's not bad if it's one or two photos, but when it's several it tends to slow things down. That is why I created the thread just like we did for the W221. Plus it's much easier to follow the conversation.

First of all thank you, its my pleasure.
I understand the purpose and the technicality behind the Photo thread.
But my points stand valid, often pictures fuel the conversation, so if we post all of the pictures in the picture thread it becomes the new discussion/picture thread, or if we do NOT post any picture in this thread, the conversation will be lacking.

So with all due respect, ile keep on posting over here.( not at all trying to be an A-hole, hope you get my point)

Anyone who feels like they want to post my pictures over in the other thread feel free to do so.

I'll just say I was at my dealer today... damn it's too tempting and I'm not sure I'll be able to wait for the S63...
I couldn't get a discount on this car as I'm getting on any other... they will sell so fast, so soon... it's not even funny.
It's a big let down for me that I'll have to pay the price everyone's paying when the car is already ultra-expensive
The price of the car is the only thing I trully dislike about it

Only the US get cupholders. We're obsessed with them .
That's also the space for the CD/DVD changer. Will be interesting to see how many people spill their drinks into it.

^I'm pretty sure you can get cupholders in Europe as well, albeit, as an optional extra.

I'm with @LaArtist here. I really don't see the point of not posting pictures in this thread. It's for S-class photos, information and general discussion. It keeps the thread, interesting and engaging. You go to the picture thread if you just want pictures purely. You get hounded if you start discussion there.

One or two would be okay I guess. But a whole set of pictures without anything newsworthy belongs in the picture threads.

It's annoying when you're on a 3G connection via your smartphone too. Pages take forever to load.

Again, I'm not saying don't post photos. I want to see photos. If you going to post 10 to 15 photos in a post, why not post them in the picture thread (like we have done for the longest with other cars)? If you have like 1 -4 photos, then that is fine. It would just be helpful for those of us with a slower connection when it comes to loading a page in the thread.
