There will two different S450 :
- with an inline-6 (270kw (362hp) + 15kw) for Europe
- with a V6 (also 362hp) for USA

I believe there is no information on which one will get under the hood of the Maybach or will be available in Russia or Asian market.

The Russia spec S450 maybach is using the old m276 V6.

Anyone know the power unit (engine+electric) specs of the S560e??

^ MB showed some battery specs recently.

battery capacity .......... 13.8 kWh (used to be 8.7 kWh)
peak power ................ 100 kW (used to be 85 kW)
est. electric range ........ 50 km (used to be 33 km)

^ Great pics there..I am slowly growing towards the new headlamp design but still prefer the rear lights of the pre FL. But still a good facelift overall.

^ The single bonded glass screen was a much needed upgrade as the pre FL looked slightly tacky compared to the FL. But I would have loved it if they somehow kept the trademark vertical array of buttons there..

Stunning car I can not wait to see the car in Real and would love to sit in one and just hold that new AMG wheel..Superb job with the face-lift.

Today I saw three S class cars while driving a silver black and irradium silver they look so prestigious and commanding on the road.

Look forward to seeing th face lift fill the roads.

Just to clarify. It was maybe mentioned earlier. Has the facelifted car two different front headlamps shape? It seems the multibeam has the new smaller shape but the basic LED has the old prefacelift shape.
