The Mercedes-Benz C216 is the last generation grand tourer named CL-Class. Predecessor: CL-Class (C215). Successor: S-Class (C217). Production: 2005–2014.
siiick interior on the 600 it changes ambient light like a freaking Airbus A380:D

You could already do that in a Pre-facelift S. Its not really a big deal. It gets old after a while. One of the S & CL unnoticed finishing touches. Did you know that the CL & S Class has an auto hold feature. So when your not using Distronic, you can stop the car in heavy traffic and not have to hold the brake. Its really useful yet unnoticed. :t-cheers:

Yep that's very practical. Introduced by the W211 E-Class (the SBC brakes allowed that), and it was later on adapted without the SBC.

Once you're used to this feature, you can't live without it any more!

I didn't know the US spec vehicles had it, but I knew the EU ones had it for years I think.

Wish we had the TV tuner though :D.

Anyone else noticed SPLITVIEW in action at 1:20?

That is why I love Mercedes-Benz...Effortless Superiorty!

Now we know what "the perfect car" looks like!

The S600 gets the 7G-Tronic gearbox but not the S65.

I suppose it costs too much to engineer the 7G-Tronic gearbox for the small-volume S65.

But, good effort by Mercedes nonetheless.

I must have read that press release a hundred times and I didn't see that about the S600 getting the 7-speed trans???? Where did you see that?

OK, what's wrong with you, guys? Infantile or retarded? :t-hands:
Drooling over LEDs ...
Am I missing something? :t-hands:

I still didn't got the answer: what's all the obsession with the LEDs? :t-hands:
Every time some of you see LED lights on a car you go all wet ...
Watching too much Sci-Fi in the childhood, perhaps? :t-hands:

You know BMW has the better product when the marketing people have to throw insults:usa7uh: Or is it just "that time of the month"?
So what we like some of the LED lights. I loved the LED brake lights on my E, they were bright as hell. Sure the LED fog lights might not be the "Best" lights but they still look much better then most.

I'm halfway amazed that so many here are impressed by this FL when, at first glance, I could barely discern a difference.

Yes the changes are small. I didn't care for the lower front bumper before, but with these changes it looks much better. I am not sold on the tail lights yet. Other things I would have wanted changes would be too extreme for a normal FL so I didn't expect them.

OK, so i'm going to merge all of your posts in the future...;)
:t-cheers:

Wow BMW fans are PMSing. Yes I get annoyed by several posts in a row by the same person, but I don't expect someone to go back to a previous post to change it so that they can respond to someone who posted three seconds before they did.

Does this sort of crap go on in the BMW thread?

^no over there they call ME a troll for asking what that Golf promo picture was..
and then they come over here and call us retarded for liking LED¨s
Go figure...

Spare me that PMSing crap, will you? Multi-Quote feature is there to be used and in order not to make threads look like garbage. It takes few seconds to edit your post.

Nothing wrong from Mod saying please use multi-qoute, right?

Wanna complain about that? Does that what i've said bother you? Kindly ask admin please and see what's he going to tell you about that.

That goes for every member and every thread, fyi. Including myself.

Now stick to the subject please and let us do our "work". If you don't like it, i repeat, kindly contact admin.

Are you guys still PMsing. Eight hours later and it still going on. From today its time to create order again. Particulary in this thread and the 760i thread.
