E-Class (W213/C238/A238) [Official] Mercedes-Benz E-Class W213

The Mercedes-Benz W213 is the fifth generation of the E-Class range. Body styles: sedan/saloon (W213), wagon/estate (S213), long wheelbase (V213), coupé (C238), cabriolet (A238). Production: 2016–2023. Predecessor: W212 E-Class. Successor: W214 E-Class, C236/A236 CLE.
AMuS claims in it's latest issue that the W213 facelift will hit the showrooms in 2019. That would be an incredibly short lifecycle.
Depends on the month it hits the showroom. If end of 2019 it's been 3½ years since introduction and if so a normal 7 year lifecycle.

They are still very fast if it comes to facelifts of their flagships. I mean, the W212 Mopf was released in Mid/End 2013, wasn't it? So they thightend the lifecycle between the new car and the facelift.

It is still too early to mention about the w213 facelift. But I believe it will be a subtle facelift to bring it in line in the technology front just like the w222

As an Australian I always cringe when I see people driving cars through salt water, usually it's just tourists in rental 4WDs

Yeah I agree, lets see how long before this particular E-class estate in this pic will develop rust spots on various parts of its stunning body.

Looks like the NHTSA agrees with you guys? :)
  • Maintain their vehicle and prevent corrosion by washing the undercarriage regularly throughout the winter and giving it a thorough washing in the spring to remove road salt and other de-icing chemicals that can lead to corrosion. Source: NHTSA

No complaints, love everything about the new E class design -- but my one small hope is that the E63 has "something" visually that separates it from the E43.

The exhaust for sure, but hoping for slightly more aggressive lines on the side or something with the front of the car? At the very least, a cooler badge on the side please MB!

Cannot wait to order my E63 when available!!

haha, sorry Betty, you know I am in China a country has censorship and no free, I can't see things from youtube, imageshake or whatever the ruler don't want us to know.pathetic.

That's a shame. Even Chairman Mao would approve of the E43 AMG.

I'll let you off.
