C-Class (W205) [Official] Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W205)

The Mercedes-Benz W205 is the fourth generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class which was produced by Daimler AG between 2014 and 2021. The W205 C-Class was preceded by the W204 C-Class and superseded by the W206 C-Class. The fourth-generation C-Class was available in sedan (W205), station wagon/estate (S205), coupe (C205), cabriolet (A205) and long-wheelbase sedan (V205) body styles.
The C has a backlog of 2-4 months at present, and the 360 deg camera is not presently orderable. :)

March registrations in Germany:

C ..... 6424 ... +31.3% ... YTD 14189
3 ..... 5689 ... -16.7% ... YTD 14352
A4 ... 4296 ..... -2.5% ... YTD 11092

Not to diminish the achievement but it's not a big surprise that the C-Class beat the 3 series in the first month it was delivered to drivers. Launch month is predictably inflated by pent up demand (I assume C-Class sales in January and February likely were lower than comparable prior year as customers waited for the new model). The real test will be how sales hold up. I expect C-Class will continue to beat the 3 series, there's a lot of excitement around it versus BMW which appears content to make micro-changes or just spin more even more niche cars.

So from E90 to F30 is a micro change? And MB doesn't do niche cars?

Pfffff...

And if it were sales would have been even higher I'm sure. Everybody is waiting for that camera

finally the at least the prices of the options have been released. Now I know i have ordered over $9000 in options. Time to see what the base price of the 300 will be.

I think the torque figure of 229 lb-ft for the C300 is incorrect in the ordering. That's like 310 Nm, which is what the C200 pushes..
