The Classic grill makes one of the best fronts ever to come from Germany... WOW that front is SPLENDID!!!!
The T-Model is knocking on the door now.

This is a fantastic looking car, the more I see these pictures of the exterior and interior the more I like it, I can't wait to see it in real life!

It's a great looking car and the front suspension design is seriously sexy; it's practically a double-wishbone layout up front. Big fat anti-roll bar though.

Sweet looking machine

Look what I drove today. The new C-class.

My personal view.
Looks great in person, everything from the exterior to interior. But I would never buy the car without AMG package. Interior with high quality feel. Sure you can find hard plastic if you look for it but you really have to search for it (hint: between the front seats). Overall good finish and quality. Supreme ride comfort.
For a guy like me who is obsessed with sporty driving, its a let down for me. While it handles good, the steering is lifeless. Numb experience if you ask me. Also I prefer a manual stick and not automatic gearboxes. In terms of driving, a BMW 3-series still has the edge.
But if you like Mercedes and thinking about ordering one I'm certain you will enjoy this car. Like I said ride comfort, feelgood factor is still something Mercedes is good at.

The only thing that bugs me on most new Benzes is that chrome strip that comes with the AMG pack. It reminds me of a razor, or a blade...

@Just_me Did this car have the normal suspension, or the Airmatic one? Thx for the review(y)

I would choose the traditional grille over the sport in a second and it's a shame the UK market will only get the sport grille. That being said, this is the best application of the piggie nose on the sedans thus far. It looks complete, which is a good thing.

Seems as though the car doesn't beat the 3 series in handling but that is never MB's mission. And as stock BMWs have become softer it seems like BMW cares less about this lately too. I think customers are going to respond to the exterior and interior which is miles above in presentation to anything else in the class at the moment. That'll drive people into this car. The dudes that want a sports car wouldn't be considering a non-AMG Mercedes in the first place, IMO.

Interesting: I have alway applauded M-B for their STUNNING cutaway photos/technical images and drawings.

One small little mistake from the artist (no big deal) BUT I am sure the W205's not offered with ABC-Struts on the front suspension!!?? @Wolfgang

Looks no worse than an F30 really.

lol BMW

On topic, without dragging BMW into it....the special one-piece flowing console is what makes the interior unique imo. Without that, it's tacky retro looking. I honestly had to carefully look to see if it even was a W205.

Who the F buys manual benzes any way? This is a non problem.. and for those who do they should be punished with less of a good looking interior.

Still in manual it looks better than the competition.
