A-Class (W177) [Official] Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan (V177)

The W177 hatchback was launched in 2018 as the successor to the W176 Mercedes-Benz A-Class. It is available as a 5-door hatchback (W177 model code), 4-door sedan (V177), and a long-wheelbase sedan exclusive to China (Z177).
Seeet little car, it looks funky like the old cla, it will sell a lot.
It’s an overall great improvement on the cla, now if you expect it to be an S class you are frankly retarded

Wow, it's terrible!

What gets me even more is the MASSIVE expanse of hard plastic between the rear doors and rear seatbacks. WOW.
Maybe they are there due to the Long version. The normal wheel base may not require those.

Is the A-class seriously used as a chauffeurs car in china?
And how does this go together with Mercedes using that much hard plastic and even completely uncovered parts in the back then?

MB can’t do small cars and are worse at designing rear lights across their ranges. GLE, C, E, A, CLS , AMG 4 and now this !

I would still take every Benz rear light cluster over the the Lexus'ish rearlights on the new X4 and pretty much every new Bimmer. But each to his own.

Probably aiming for the Uber type of market, I seriously doubt the typical A class driver can afford a chauffeur, also I never thought I will see a Long wheelbase version of the A class.....

I want to know, at what point will people think, perhaps getting a pre-owned C class is a better choice than a new A class sedan Long wheel base?

The fundamentals seem good, but this LWB s**t doesn’t help on such a small car, I mean who and why would someone buy a long A class??, I'll reserve judgement for the SWB..

Actually i was thinking that this car might steal some sales from the C class..People who don't need as big a car as a C and who like more tech and also want a new Mercedes Sedan may even go for this..As for the reviews on the hatch it driver very well..So could actually take a few C class buyers.

Overall I think it's a nice little car.

Will we get this car In Europe?

@hovabongZA mate grow job with your will Funnys on every post a person types we all know you not a MB FAN that's cool mate but don't ruin each thread.

Chinese always want a big car with more rear legroom, cos most families can only afford one.

Read somewhere, Sedan will only be China and CLA rest of the world, but I thought the L was only China...
