This is a collectible car
This hybrid thing is not doing any favor for this hypercars. Too much weight

I can see this car going the 3rd gen Ford GT route. Underwhelming performance, but still super collectible like you mention. Probably will be going always over sticker price. This is a collectible car

Not to discredit Merc, AMG and the whole project. I think this is an awesome and interesting idea that hasn't been done in a very long time. So props to them for having balls to do it, despite the many issues and challenges they faced. (Despite the fact that it turned out a tiny little bit like the XJ220. Same I guess applies for the Valkyrie and the upcoming Valhalla. Interestingly only LaFerrari of the holy trinity faced a similar problem when it arrived for testing. Remember that claimed weight figure? Also not to mention that P1 and LaF are still plagued with issues even today.)
I don't think they will. There is a policy of "no flipping" , as for Aston Martin ValkyrieI can see this car going the 3rd gen Ford GT route. Underwhelming performance, but still super collectible like you mention. Probably will be going always over sticker price.
Do we know for a fact that this car will be underwhelming? The 918 was the most underwhelming of the last hypercar trio *on paper*, but on the average track, it was the winner. The AMG One is certainly a bit 'fat', but let's not discount that high-revving F1 engine. It could go very fast around corners and make up for the so so specs. This is not to mention the gains from the complex aero work. I'm not ready to rule it out yet. After all, if I remember correctly, the F1 went around the Nurburgring much faster than Veyron despite the inferior specs.I can see this car going the 3rd gen Ford GT route. Of course , the armchair experts wrote it off when the project started lmao. Sometimes I just hate some ppl.I guess the car has been written off before it's ever tested or even driven by anyone outside of AMG. Anyways, it won't be coming to America either.

it’s beautiful to see such envy and pure rotten hate hahahaSo many haters on here lol ???
I look forward to being underwhelmed by the sound of it and haranguing people on the stand about lap times!
Didn't Manny Khoshbin have an order ? Pretty sure that was the case (unless he ended up cancelling later on)Anyways, it won't be coming to America either.

Don't ask me anything about the specs, or how it compares to other supercars/hypercars, what laps times it will do around which circuit, how many teets it will pull etc.
What I do know is that I I think it's BEAUTIFUL! It's a proper looking MERCEDES Supercar in line with their current design idiom. And I thoroughly enjoy this on that basis alone.
