From what I have read the next all new E-Class W214 will carry over the V8 with an electric motor working in tandem, same with the new BMW M5 so maybe they are signalling the end of pure ICE E Class V8?![]()
Are they really signaling that the V8 is gone from the E-Class too? Ridiculous if so. CLE will be just as pointless as the next E-Class too.

There’s nothing exclusive about a car that has been built in tens of thousands of units with the same engine, gearbox and chassis. Edition 1 and Final Editions are fools cars for die hard AMG fans. They are not investment car. Buy either for the paint job and decals, nothing else.Has anyone seen a Final Edition on the road yet? What happened to them?
What are your thoughts on the Edition 1's at beginning and Final editions at the end, decent residual values or just a couple of stickers and a colletors badge on?
