0 - 200 km/h in 11.2 seconds sounds very impressive with launch control without any 1-foot roll out. With 1-foot roll out, it comes out to be 10.8 - 10.9 seconds.
Although, a few discrepancies such as, the manfacturer claim is 3.7 seconds while SA says, it is 3.9 seconds and the final drive is identical in both cars (3.42 final ratio x 1.25 counter gearset total reduction = 4.3 overall final ratio).
Wish Car and driver could have done a test on it as well.

Maybe, someone like DeDe can confirm. I think that was AutoBild, but not 100% sure.
The LFA can drift very well. But I see what you mean. All the cars looked like they had difficulty to drift.

Like how precise Lexus was with the weight of the car, unlike Ferrari.
It is because of the LFA engine's rotational inertia or the lack thereof. Rotational inertia is important to retain momentum when jerks happen as the rotational force is used to store energy, but the downside is slower and sluggish responses. Making the engine have very little or no inertia results in a hyper-alert/sensitive engine that responds to even the slightest change in the throttle body opening/closing.
The best example I can come up with is, imagine a rotating wheel that is very heavy, it takes more force to get the tire rotating at a specific speed say 25 rpm. On the other side, you have a wheel that is very light, it starts spinning very quickly and less than half the time to 25 rpm. However, if you stick a fork on the wheel with heavy mass, it will take more effort through the fork to stop it while the other wheel with low mass inertia, will easily stop spinning with minimal force.
Cars that have engine with no internal inertia are very difficult to drift because either the engine is revving up or losing revs quickly with no internal inertia so during drifts, if the tires momentarily "bite" due to a contact patch on the rear tires getting some grip, the engine suddenly loses revs because there is no internal inertia to "combat" forces stopping it.
