Pure F1 sound. Best stock exhaust period. Even for aftermarket, very difficult to replicate. Well, that also has to do with the fact the LFA V10 is the smallest of any production V10 and has a 72° angle.

If the LFA has MT like the Carrera GT, then there would be no more criticism about "slow" shifts.

Even when it shifts much faster than any human can in a manual transmission, it is more to put single one's down compared to dual-clutch transmissions.

People somehow consider the smooth dual-clutch shifting as the standard for quick shifting these days. The shifts in LFA sounds much nicer than that of a dual-clutch transmission.

It's also a fact that there are close to no V10 engines being made right now, and the Lexus one is by far the newest compared to the BMW, Audi and Porsche one....
And also, a Ferrari F12 sounds better.

Only in your wildest dreams Klier. The LFA sounds MILES better than the Ferrari F12, if we judge by something sounding like a F1 or similar race car.
I'm not a fan of the LFA, but credit where is due, and it's IMO on the top 3 of best sounding cars ever, along Zonda F/Cinque and Carrera GT. Ferraris in general don't get that high pitch, F1 sound the fore mentioned cars have

Regards

At the end of the day, LFA has to be atleast one of the 5 most exciting cars to drive ever made. The F1 72 degree bank-angle V10 is completely one-of-a-kind.

p.s. Actually, it is not my words, those are words of European touring car championg Sandor Van Ees.

A bit difficult to say it's on the top five driving car of the whole history....... lot's of car having their merits and difficult to compare between eras. But the sound, oh the sound (and the free reving quality to it).... without any doubt or hesitation is one of the closest to a race car ever.
The sound alone justifies the price tag
