You don't have to look very far. Toyota built 383 bespoke 2000 GT in the 1960s and now mint condition 2000 GT are selling for upwards of $1.5 million.
LFA is a far more extreme effort in its time than 2000 GT was in the 60s.
It is easy to see in 15 - 20 years, properly maintained LFAs will be selling for way more than its original price.
