I am not sure what in the video was misinformation, but the engine is turned 180 degrees. Unlike in most mid-engined cars, in the Aventador the back of the engine (i.e. the clutch end) is facing the front and the gearbox is basically intruding into the rear portion of the passenger cabin. But in the SCV12, they do it like in most mid-engined cars and the gearbox is behind the engine. For that the engine had to be turned around.
