Real-life shot of the arse...
Actually, not that bad, huh?

"Performance-wise, 62 mph arrives in 2.5 seconds. 124 mph takes less than 7 seconds. Flat out, the latest Lambo will exceed 217 mph. And if you want to roll quietly through town, you can select all-electric mode for approximately six miles, provided the battery has a full charge."
0-200 is deliberately left vague, I presume

Quattroruote Article

Price: €510k
Weight: 1775kg dry (QR article says 1.75kg/PS)

The Aventador was quoted at 1575kg dry and weighed 1800kg in real life, so if the same rules apply here, the Revuelto would be 2000kg. I said it wouldn't be under 1900kg, but 2000kg, if true, is disappointing.

No performance claims either, except for 0-100km/h in 2.5s - which is traction limited anyway and doesn't really say anything about the performance. We'll see if we get more later today with the official reveal, but the fact they don't even try to bring up 1/4 mile or anything (which this car should be pretty good at with AWD launch) is not very encouraging.

Is it just me or does this look like just another Aventador special edition? Make no mistake - it looks great - but it's all so rather familiar too...

It looks like an Aventador EVO. The Murci looked very different from the Diablo. The aventador looked very different from the murci. This looks very much like an aventador. To me, it’s disappointing. But NA V12s are always good.

I kept warning everyone about the weight. This sucker is going to weigh 4200 pounds wet. That’s insane. Over 500 kg more than a 765 and 200 kg more than an SF90. The SF90 will be quicker than this. Certainly the 765 as well. This thing reminds me of the aventador already. Shouty, loud, attention grabbing, but lacking in performance.

I pray they didn’t synthetically enhance the exhaust pops.

That’s because it‘s a cumpilation of the Aventador(doors), Sian(front) and Centenario(rear). As a result, it doesn’t look as new and original that it should. Furthermore it doesn’t help that we’ve seen realistic renders for 2 years. Ferrari is better at keeping new cars unwrap - resulting in a bigger surprise.

In its defence, it looks way better IRL videos compared with official photos.

Many of the elements of the Revuelto have already been previewed on the Sian and Huracan Tecnica; takes the novelty shine off of the Revuelto.

Also, don't care for the name. But that's really the only fault I see regarding this car. Will have more to say once I see it some more.

I understand the need to feel the magic of the latest big Lamborghini. The feeling we had when we were young and saw the Countach or Diablo revealed––and there was nothing like it. I get it. Sometimes I wonder how many more 'big Lambo reveals' I got left in me. It's still an event for me.

I also think that this is a good-looking supercar. I understand why most think it is exciting or likeable––enough, at least.

All the same, I stick with the opinion that I expressed in the previous thread:

"It is better resolved than I thought, and there is a distinct 'sculptural' identity to the design that is unique to the model and well executed...[But the overall design language] is blasé if not boring."

Indeed, the overall design is––like the Pagani Utopia––a blend of favourites from previous models:

––the rear end comes from the Centenario
––the side profile from the Diablo-Aventador lineage
––the Sian/Terzo inspires the front

I must add that, unlike the Utopia, the Lambo designers have picked the best elements from each predecessor and blended them all together in a decent package. However, what was mesmerizing about the Countach or Diablo was that––at the time––there was nothing like them. But their new successor's design language gets lost in a sea of similar designs from competitors who have adopted Gandini's supercar design philosophy over the years. Only the side profile is still distinct––which stands out among supercar makers opting for the Pininfarina proportions. The rest could've been more daring––and maybe Lambo is saving that for the countless special edition models.

Also: the interior is disappointing, contrary to my expectations. It looks good and well made but, unfortunately, resembles more of a Ferrari/McLaren interior than Lambo proper.
