Yep, that's a very similar but better looking Jaguar C-X17.
This is the apparently green-lighted already new Opel Monza SUV/crossover, which of course will have badge-engineered Buick and Vauxhall siblings, and will be around 4.8 m long, apparently proper RWD/4WD platformed, with premium-like interior, but with a starting price around €30k, on-sale around the same time as the Jaguar.

While speaking about this with Autocar, Jaguar Land Rover boss Ralf Speth said, “A Jaguar SUV is not possible. SUVs and 4x4s are for Land Rover. The Jaguar concept is far more road-orientated. It will need a different kind of name.”
Rolls Royce, Bentley, Maserati take note, Jags onto something here.
