8 Cylinder Ferrari.
720 CV / 770 Nm and -40 kg about 488 GTB.

Lexan motor hood like F40 and 4 pots taillight like 288 GTO.

Also it wil be the last 8 Cylinder non Hybrid from Ferrari: so F8 Tributo
.
This could be a big point for the lucky buyers...

Was this planned? Sorry, I'm a bit off nowadays :D

Great looking monster btw. However, 720S is still the better looking car IMO. :)

Eventhough I have no doubt it will be a great car as usual and likely to be very close to the current Pista, it is a disappointing third iteration of the same base, with only little design evolution from the outside. Ferrari is lazy with this and their customers too easy...
Interior seems a nice improvement over the previous, much cleaner though. Like Dede, the 720S still looks more special.

Amazing the special version of this Will be a sight to behold.

After this face lift,I think there will be no direct successor of 488(F8) any more.In the future, there will be a V8 hybrid mid engine Ferrari sit above 488(F8),and a V6 hybrid mid engine entry car to be positioned a bit lower than 488(F8).The former compete future Mclaren Super Series, the latter compete future Mclaren Sport Series.

So massive facelift no 2 to the 458, it’s and old car with a dodgy second facelift, a bit like the automotive equivalent of the Bride of Waldenstein. If I could afford it if be buying the 720s.

Is this the actual 488 replacement guys? I don't understand, because while lovely looking obviously, it looks like yet another facelift of the 458. No CF tub either? McLaren is going to LOL.

Let me say I really like it inside out, but I don't understand it when the Pista is not even out yet for most people if you're not called Powerslidelover or something.

You took the word a right out of my mouth. Seems that this is the first time Ferrari did this right?

I'd be goddamned pissed if I had ordered my Pista and see this thing on the internet before even getting my now old new car.

Apparently, Ferrari is splitting the current 488 model range into two, so instead of one direct replacement, Ferrari will offer a mid engine V8 turbo with hybrid power to sit above the space used to be occupied by the 488, and a mid engine V6 car to sit below the 488. However these cars are still not ready for the market yet, so we are stuck with this heavily face lifted 458/488 again for another 2 years or so?
