Hm..."an architecture similar to the one of the legendary LC2, the pinnacle of Team Martini Racing's Sport Prototype cars’ referring to the 2.6-litre Quattrovalvole"

So... a small displacement twin turbo v8 with 9000 rpm+ and used for Pikes peak...
A JFC racing has something similar (V8 Hayabusa)
JFC racing

Pipo Moteurs (but displacement is 3.5 l)

Hartley enterprise also has small displacement v8

When i talk to them they told me it will be a All new High reeving V8 that will be use on the Pike Peak car and the road car.

If it will be use in road car (street legal) then it isn't any of those I've mentioned before. It must be a new v8 like you've mentioned.

I can't think of any street legal v8 twin turbo that has displacement smaller than 4.0 l (and still in production) .
Czinger 2.88 l v8 TT is only one that comes to my mind but that is its own proprietary engine so I doubt they will sell it to Kimera. It also spin to 11000+ rpm.
Now if we are talking about displacements being 4.0 l or over that is another story.
