Would you really want or need to go faster?

I dont think there are many highways available (even autobahn) that will give you the space to travel at 400km/h and above. The fastest I ever travelled in a car was 240km/h and that was more than fast enough for me. In an airplane it is 300kmh on the ground just when it is about to take off and that is mega quick.

So it is 2 km/h faster than the standard Chiron... Must be those carbon fiber wipers who give Chiron S that advantage.

I can see Chiron hitting 440 km/h, but not more without the limiter.

I can see Chiron hitting 440 km/h, but not more without the limiter.

I do believe the Chiron will hit 440km/h to 450km/h as when it gets to 420km/h it looks like it is held back by the limiter. There was an earlier video where the speedo was going over 440km/h.

Wow I am so glad Bugatti has finally responded to all these other cars that challenged the title before (this car puts a huge mark above the previous record by Koenigsegg) and puts all our doubts away from what we thought the Chiron was capable of before.

I couldn't quite believe the numbers, or the headline, I thought it was fake, or a video simulation, I just wish perhaps the Chiron can reach 500km/h.

This is what should be a proper limited edition of the Chiron, not just a design package like the EB110 ersatz recently presented. This car, with extended rear and more agressive front does look great... and it brings improved performances in the package. Hoping it becomes quickly something real !
