recent press suggest M35i X1 4 cylinders and near 350hp
Sounds very good, got a source?
An M Performance with 350 hp I4 would be more than enough, no need for an M.

but no images, bummer...a "visualizer" with data only...at least when I tried it.You can configure the new X1 on www.bmw.be![]()
Both the X1 and X2 are considered as M Performance vehicles with xDrive only.
I can understand that. I have to see it in person though. It does bug me that it appears to not have parking distance control with M-Sport. Silly detail but it bugs me. And since this might be my only option in lieu of the 1er hatch not brought to the US, I find I care.I don't think I'm fond of the M-Sport treatment on the X1 (or even the X5). I think it looks better with the X-Line because it has that perfect blend of luxury and ruggedness. Plus the smaller wheels of the M-sport are nowhere near as sexy as those of the larger X-line option.

That said, for the sake of fairness, in these comparison shots, are the X1 and Q3 not with sports packs? It wouldn't change the outcome though...

Wow! Ascariss! Anyone except me remembers our fellow member Ascariss from GCZ, how much, 15 years ago?
