Better not be a convertible M8. A convertible M8 is just a w...

Do you really think? I'm rather a Coupe than a Cab fan myself ... but I think there was a M8 review of both, where the tester said, that the Cab made more sense to him (something like even in Coupe guise the M8 is a heavy thing, so he didn't care for the added weight of the Cab) ...

I think so :ROFLMAO:
And what colour do you prefer for...

Neither. These frozen colours are a royal pain in the ass to maintain.

Why do you say that? In reality, it's not like people ar...

Oh dear... That's even worse! Because that means we will have to look at the driver's face when he drops the top. I don't want to see Shmee's face.

So in the last couple of weeks, I've read a rumor in more than a couple of places that suggest that the LCI M5 will get a downsized 4.0L TT-V8. Is there any legitimacy in that rumor? It seems far-fetched to me as this rumor was milling around a few years ago.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
