M3/M4 [Official] BMW M4 GTS

The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Official website: BMW M
Sounds good enough for a secondary system. The first would be your own eyes.

Alternatively, you have paid money for a device that is feeding you false information 10% of the time. It's rubbish and doesn't work.

A good secondary system is something like collision avoidance systems in slow-moving traffic. Something which is there as a last resort should the primary system fail, and which works nearly 100% of the time. A speed limit info system which is constantly giving you information which a lot of the time is wrong is just an annoyance.

I thought it was a data feed included in the GPS, i guess i was wrong.

Seriously Klier. I don't know how much experience you have of the speed limit display, but I have lots. I disable it on any BMW I drive as it is simply too unreliable.

I have a relative who works at the equivalent of MOT/TÜV. He's getting seriously fed up with people saying things like "But the car tells me when it's safe to reverse, I'don't need to be able so see through my mirrors...", "No, I have keyless entry, you don't need the key to run the car..." (when sitting in the waiting room 200 meters away), and "I don't think I need the blinkers to work, I have lane-change warning".

Any system that makes the driver less focused on the actual driving should be banned.

As you may well know.
The BMW M4 GTS had its world premiere in Tokyo this morning.

I don't like the style of those rims either, it would have looked nicer with a dip dish rim, with BBS style spokes like the E46 M3 CSL.

BMW M4 GTS no longer available as customers rushed to grab all 700 units

The BMW M4 GTS special edition has reached sold out status in less than two months after its world premiere.

BMW will make only 700 units of the hardcore M4 Coupe and all of them have already been spoken for, despite a starting price of €142,600(in Germany). That’s almost double than a regular M4 in its domestic market and anxious buyers can pay more for the optional Clubsport Package containing a fire extinguisher, six-point harness, and an Acid Orange roll bar.

We know that 300 units are earmarked for the US market, 30 for UK, and only 4 cars are heading to The Netherlands. Customers are able to choose from the following exterior paint schemes: Mineral Grey, Sapphire Black, Frozen Dark Grey, and Alpine White. BMW is being more generous this time with the color palette as the M3 Coupe GTS (E92) came only in Fire Orange.

The main highlight of the car is the upgraded 6-cylinder, 3.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine benefitting from water injection technology. It now churns 500 PS (368 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque channeled to the rear wheels exclusively via a 7-speed M DCT. Thanks to this hardware arrangement and a 62-kg weight loss, the M4 GTS will hit 62 mph (0-100 km/h) from a standstill in 3.8 seconds before topping out at 190 mph (305 km/h).

You should be embarrassed putting out the BS that this car has been sold out.
Did you even bother to read your "source?" It makes no mention of how many have been sold, even in the Netherlands. Much less anywhere else. And it provides no source.
Get your s##t together, dude!

That includes driverless cars...

A tad aggressive, no?

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
