Giulia [Official] Alfa Romeo Giulia

The Alfa Romeo Giulia is a compact executive car produced by Alfa Romeo. Known internally as the Type 952, it was unveiled in June 2015, with market launch scheduled for February 2016, and it is the first saloon offered by Alfa Romeo after the production of the 159 ended in 2011.

FCA is a lot of flash and not much else. Chrysler didn't used to be that way, they at least put real cars on display and gave details. Now that the Italians are running the show everything puffery and dreamy, but very little substance. This is 40-70K car not some handmade exotic. They should have had the base model out in good numbers for people to see and sit in and the QV. All that love romance bullshit doesn't sell cars, at least not in the numbers they need them to sell in.

It's interesting to note how a wide angle image of the Giulia's back end shows it is unmistakable Alfa Romeo (and I'm not referring to the lettering):

Merc1, I agree with you.I think the Giulia is attractive, but reliability is unknown, unless it is priced ridiculously low ( under $35K for the base car off course) then i would consider it, my mind is still with the W205 C class. Now, if MB USA has all the little bugs ironed out at their Alabama plant, then I will take a plunge to buy it. The new E is nice , but it would be expensive for me.

Such a tease, it looks lovely being driven around in the countryside. Also, I like how it was driven on stage at the LA show, but I think that has to do more with the wiggle in the chaperones' steps. ;)

I want more actual car and less pointless advertising of a product you won't be able to buy in the near future.

Sounds promising. It's one of those cars that I've to see in person before I get to an opinion.

Moving on, am I the only one who see multiple popular cars in there?
