If its more reliable than the predecessor, it will be a sweet buy in 5-10 years. I prefer its design to the Roma.

The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter engine features a wet sump in the coupe rather than a dry one, and it’s equipped with cylinder deactivation. The engine makes 489 horsepower (365 kilowatts) and 442 pound-feet (600 Newton-meters) of torque in the Modena. It produces 550 hp (410 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) in the Trofeo.

Such a beautiful car, but overpriced and outmatched. They should have kept the V8 and introduced it for 50-60K less. Not sure how they fix it other than a massive price drop since bringing back the V8 is a lot easier said than done.

The depreciation of new GT is mind boggling - right there with EVs. Less than 2 years and 55-60% value gone.

Outside dealerships I’ve seen less than 5 on the road. The SL63 is almost as bad when it comes to depreciation, but at least I see a lot more on the road.

With 3 recalls already and buggy tech, they’re ticking time bombs for the unsuspecting buyer. Probably to the same degree as its predecessor, if not worse.

In the UK they are launching a downtuned variant with 483bhp which is pointless because you can buy delivery milieage 542bhp variants that have depreciated to the asking price of the entry level car.
