Never a xDrive in my garage. A 730d as such, is still an attractive car. I’m not yet ready for a new car, so no G11 for me. I’ll be testdriving the G70 740d though, as soon as possible.

It really is a much better looking car but in the same time it is/was absolutely unable to compete with the W223, where, most probably, the G70 will give a good fight.

With all due respect, I doubt that. The G70 already looks dull to me, after an initial enthusiasm, the magic is gone.

It would be a problem for BMW, when it looks dull to you, if you were a Chinese. That's where the result of the battle will be decided.

I’ve got no illusions my buying behaviour could be a problem for BMW or anyone else for that matter. It could very well be, that for the Asian market the G70 will be the best selling 7er in history. Time will tell.
