The Lamborghini Aventador is a mid-engine, two passenger sports car manufactured from 2011 until 2022. Named after a prominent Spanish fighting bull that fought in Zaragoza, Aragón, in 1993, the Aventador succeeded the Murciélago and was manufactured in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy.

Who comes up with this shit?

SMH...marketing department. I cringe every time I hear cliche marketing verbiage on premium products. Seriously...just let the engine make its noises. Nobody cares about some stupid tagline.

My Lambo dealer tells me 20 firm orders has been received already

I know dealers overstate interest in a new car to spur customers into placing orders. FOMO is real, especially among the hard parking Lamborghini crowd. Where's your dealer located?

And the music they play. All I wanna hear is that magnificent engine. I'd watch this all day long:

Question:
Do you need an Avantador to order an SV? I think they're the best versions of any Lambo's and worth the wait if ask me.

Now this is you market a performance car. Its a simple formula of the car, the sight, and the sound. Not sure why automakers feel the need to come up complex, cringeworthy, multi-part storylines made by marketing committees and send henchmen to sing the gospels of the latest and greatest.

Ooops! Sorry, I should've quoted the message above, it was from a friend in SG.

Man oh man, what an awesome and sensational car! The red one looks stunning, love the interior, lovely curved seats that will grip you in the right places and nice instrument display with alacantara covering.

^^Maybe it's the pic, but that's the first time where Winterkorn's attire doesn't look on point. It's like someone for to dry clean/iron. lol.

Lamborghini Aventador SV arrives in US with $493,069 price tag
Standard model costs $400,995

Lamborghini has announced the US-spec Aventador Superveloce will carry a starting price of $493,069.

When Lamborghini unveiled the Aventador SVearlier this month in Geneva they only disclosed the €327,190 price tag applicable in Europe, but now we know the US variant will set you back $493,069, including the $3,700 gas guzzler tax as well as the $3,495 destination & delivery charges. The SV suffix commands a significant premium over the "regular" Aventador which in United States kicks off at $400,995.

The significant price difference brings an extra 50 HP, a 50 kg diet and a new body which is 150% more aerodynamic and generates an additional 170% of downforce. Compared to the standard Aventador LP 700-4, the Superveloce version is 0.1 seconds quicker in the sprint which now takes a mere 2.8 seconds before topping out at more than 217 mph (350 km/h).

Lamborghini will start shipping the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce towards the end of spring.

Costs $493,069 in U.S.
Lamborghini has revealed the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce will be produced in a limited series of 600 units.

It seems Lamborghini wants to keep the Aventador SV very exclusive as their plan is to sell only 600 cars all over the world, with pricing in United States kicking off at $493,069 while Europeans have to pay €327,190. It shouldn't come as a big surprise that only 600 cars are being planned taking into consideration last year Lamborghini sold just 2,530 units, representing an all-time record for the Volkswagen-owned supercar maker.

50 PS more powerful and 50 kg lighter than the regular Aventador, the SV runs the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 2.8 seconds and will do more than 217 mph (350 km/h). It also gets a more aerodynamic body which is not only 150% more efficient than before, but also produces 170% more downforce.

Currently on display at Auto Shanghai 2015 in China, the Aventador Superveloce will start reaching customers late this spring.
