FF [2011-2016] [Official] 2011 Ferrari FF

The Ferrari FF is a grand touring car produced from 2011 to 2016. The successor to the 612 Scaglietti, the FF (whose name is an acronym for "Ferrari Four") is a three-door shooting brake. Development of the FF began in 2007, and it debuted at the Geneva International Motor Show in March 2011; production started in the same month in Maranello, Italy. The FF shares parts, mainly the engine, with the F12berlinetta, which was introduced one year after the FF.
Beautiful resonated music emitted from the tailpipes and at higher revs it sounds like that angry, irritated sound of a trapped/caged big cat being provoked by someone.

Road tests are coming. Hope italian members will be able to provide scans.

Automobilismo :

0-100km/h - 3,54s
top speed - 340,6 km/h

It seems to work as RWD off the line even when using launch control. I think it has been mentioned somewhere earlier.

even so, no mention about improvements, "it is obvious the FF is faster than 612, less obvious, however, it's able to beat the time of the 599."

what's good
- very versatile (4 seats and luggage van) and comfortable
- Engine (strong @ lows, explosive @ highs) and performances
- amazing to drive
- perfect gearbox ("smooth when you go slow, so fast and -connected with your mind- when you go fast")

what's bad
- brakes-pedal: no good feeling
- very high base-price and expensive optionals
- visibility (rear cam gives an hand)
- direct inject and S&S? no illusions about fuel economy

fuel economy (7/10) is not scientific but just empirical.

what's good:
- great engine and perforances
- perfect gearbox and powerful brakes
- high grip in every condition and stability
- very use friendly
- cockpit, habitability, good luggage van
- very good confort

what's bad:
- base price
- sufficient base-equipment (relative @ price), but not "rich"
- ABS sometimes too conservative during the hotlap
- steer very quick, requires addiction @ high speed

More info :
Auto appreciated so much the versatility of Ferrari: comfortable, warm interior, plenty of space in front but is well behind too, good luggae van, especially if it uses the (expensive) set of bags. And at the same time, great engine, great performance (almost 338 Kph!), exceptional grip etc etc etc.
The FF really has two souls, because it offers feelings, superior performance to any other GT, and it gives you great satisfaction, always.
Balocco handling:
surprise, time is just worse (0.11s) than the Panamera Turbo. Auto explains, @ inter-lap-time FF was faster, but the last part of the track, the ABS has been too conservative, especially under several braking and car "disordered". This did spend time to FF. no problem, however, when the car on the track is "straight", and in everyday situations: the brake is always ready and so powerful
