Honestly, who cares about the coronas? It´s just the car itself, the coronas are just a small detail, a good one, but a small one.

Maybe not in this case, but some very small details can change very much. Example: wheel spacers, lowering springs.

That's a camo'ed 6 convertible behind the black x3, high hopes for the new 6

Oh my goodness, that greenhouse looks 10 different types of terrible.

^^ I see no problem at all with the greenhouse. In fact, opposite; it looks fresh and modern and cooler than the boring X5 greenhouse.

Old X3 looks taller. Is it?

Maybe a little bit, but the new X3 has become wider, so it looks less tall...

Not similar at all :t-hands:
At least, I don't see the connection....

BTW, when I first saw the interior of the E36 many years ago I thought it was the best design interior I had ever seen in my life, of any car :D I so loved those air vents wrapping around the speedo bulge! Maaan. It still looks nice btw.
:t-cheers:

(So, indeed BMW was the original designer and pioneer of that style;))

Now you're talking klier! And the feel behind the wheel of the E36 is just 100% perfect!:t-drive::usa7uh:
The E36 is a real icon. Best driving position, best cockpit ergonomics. The car wraps around you, fits like a glove.

As in the 7 and 5 series, the key just needs to be somewhere in the car to start it up, so there's no need for a key plug anymore. But, comfort access is still optional and needed for opening and closing the car without pressing the key buttons.

wouawww that's sounds great. thx for the answer south :usa7uh:

It's surprising how closely matched these two cars are, not only in dimensions but in price also. I specced the two cars the same and there is only a few hundred pounds between them.

I look forward to some comparison test to see how things pan out.

Hmm, same class, so it's not that surprising. It's not like any of both brands could 'afford' a significant higher asking price anyway.

And yet most people believe Audi is the more expensive brand. ;)

One thing that is rather odd is the launch of a model with only one engine being offered.

Most people in your family?
For the rest, most people think an Audi is an expensive VW.

Exactly, I think I ain´t know anyone who thinks Audi is more expensive than BMW or Mercedes. But I do know many people who think an A4 isn´t better enough to cost more than a Passat, or that thinks that R8 and TT are the only nice cars from Audi.

Nobody thinks Audi is more expensive than M-B or BMW. It's more or less seen as a kind of "against the common thought", more affordable alternative I'd say.

As for what the world see's as the most expensive of the trio, it goes:

1- Mercedes-Benz
2- BMW
3- Audi

:D :D
