Strange how markets and market requierments differ...Worldwide and the still biggest SUV market the USA, both the ML and X5 outsell the Q7.
Don't get me wrong, the Q7 is not ugly - but Christmas tree...YES, YES, YES. Audi has gone LED mad and overdoing something was/is NEVER a good thing. I am the BMW X - guy AND my second choice would be the Merc GL, then ML and the Q7 last. One VW group SUV that really outshines their own Q7 is the Toureg...I quite like it ALOT!
Mercedes GL is the mad KING watching over the rest from his place!
Mercedes ML is the young KNIGHT always looking for adventure!
Mercedes GLK is the slutty PRINCESS, my good she is good doin' her job!

Audi Q5 is the queen, quite booring dosent say much during christmas!
Audi Q7 is the christmas tree in the castle freshing up.
X5 is the butcher making the meat for the christmasdinner.
X3 is the salty not so good spare'ribs which was made from the butcher.
Finally the Mercedes G-Class is the security guard, If something
may get wrong, he pretty much do all the work for you and never fails.
