Yes, the HUD thing is an interesting point, however would it work from the middle of the dash? Unless it's the whole windscreen? Any concept huds they have shown recently?
Metal clips at top and bottom of screen look like they forgot to secretly fix it. Also looks like the hyper screen was cut into 3, raised above the dash...
The HUD “bucket” will be direct in front of the driver, behind the wheel.

The clips above the center display seem to be the adjuster for the rectangular fans ??

This is the joint to the fender. Two different components. The bumper is from another car, probably they will perform a crashtest with this car and paint it yellow before that, so there is no need to use parts with the same colour.

I can garantee you the car is black and the white is either sticker or camo

The bumper belongs to the E-class in its entirety. There is no camouflage. The remaining parts are unpainted body parts. No need to argue.

It’s protection look at the side of the side also the piece of white and black the car is black with white sticker

I was thinking the exact same thing. It's a black car with white protection stickers, or non painted bumpers. What we see is what we'll get, but not in bi-color scheme like the leaked car.

From the leak, the headlights look different from the rest of the line-up which is nice, and the classic grille on it will look wonderful. Yeah, the exterior will be great.....but the interior right now looks like something Hertz would rent out.

There is no black thing that wil be seen - here were you marked it, comes the fender which will be in body color.

Probably used for crash testing?
Or if these pictures were taken in China? Might this be the LWB model which would be exclusive to and testing in China which means these cars are painted either white or black before being applied with camouflage.

I like what I see so far, glad that the W214 won't be just a copy and paste and resize version of either C or S-class but will have a different shaped headlight and unique design ques. I hope the taillights will also have some different graphics and shapes.

I really don’t like the shape of that headlight, it looks so weird. Same shape as the taillights of the EQE SUV

This is supposed to be the last internal combustion engine E-class, so I presume the W215 will be huge as it will need an 100+ kWh battery pack in the middle. Unless of course, battery pack has evolved until 2028 or 2029 and they become more dense yet smaller.

More dense yet smaller would mean the same f#cked up range we have today

Check the battery on the EQXX concept it will probably be similar what will be used in the W215 E-class and W224 S-class in 2028. They will probably have a range of 900km.

"Vision EQXX’s battery pack holds almost 100 kWh of energy, with an energy density of close to 400 Wh/l and weighs around 495 kg. It has 50% less volume and is 30% lighter than the battery pack in the automaker’s EQS electric sedan."
