F12 [2012-2017] [Renders] Next generation Ferrari F12 (2019)

The Ferrari F12berlinetta (Type F152) is a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive grand tourer produced by Italian automobile manufacturer Ferrari. The F12berlinetta debuted at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, and replaced the 599 grand tourer. The F12berlinetta was replaced by the 812 Superfast in early 2017.
A little bit of new info:
The MY2018 F12 M will get at least 30 more hp. Possibly 40hp.
Changes to the car are quite comprehensive. Much more sporty and easily recognizable as a different evolution from an F12. The difference between the F12 and the F12 tdf is not nearly as big as the difference between the F12 and the F12 M.
Seems like Ferrari is going to drop the LaFerrari engine to the F12M, or a slightly detuned version.

From fchat:

Summary -

Introduction done inside Fiorano Race Track in a large and over heated tent. There were 7 cars on display prior to the preview - 125, 275 GTB, 365 GTB/4, Testarossa, 550, 599, and F12. All V12s.

Introduction by Enrico Galliera who called Fiorano the "Temple of Racing". F1 testing could be heard during the presentation. Whole performance revolved around the "12th Dimension". Not sure what that means.

Intro speech focused on reducing emissions but at the core and heartbeat the the NA V12.

Fabio Menegon introduced the technical aspects of the car.

Lots of horizontal lines in the car and was a point mentioned running through the inside and outside of car.

Overall the front rocks. Very aggressive. New LED headlights.
Back seems plain to me.
Cockpit lacks the third center vent
Rear diffuser looks like it is floating off the back.

hope that helps!

So Ferrari is bringing back the quad tail lights, maybe Ferrari is reserving them for the front engine cars from now on. Is this going to be an all new car or is it going to be an extensive face lift like the 488 and the GTc4Lusso?

Good question, probably an extensive "facelift" tagged as a new model like the GTC 4Lusso.

Looks like a very extensive facelift where they change the look of the car almost completely and the name should be F12M.

Most probably an extensive facelift with a unique 6.5L engine to ruin Aventador S owners mood :biggrin.doodle:

Can't wait for the first drives and reviews.

Fairly accurate render except the front view and the front fender are not correct. Gives a good idea of what the car will look like.

Ferrari F12M Allegedly Coming With 800 HP, Rear-Wheel Steering

Ferrari has apparently shown the successor of the F12 Berlinetta to prospective customers, and it's one of those people that released the first specs of the supercar.
FerrariChat, we're taking it with a grain of salt - for now, at least.

The man, who claims to have been present at the event, states that the F12M was referred to as the F152M and V12 Sport.

Moreover, it seems that the displacement of the 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine that powers both the F12 Berlinetta and F12tdf, among others, has been increased to 6.5 liters. This, along with other possible upgrades, leads to 800 horsepower and 718 Nm (530 lb-ft) of torque. By comparison, the F12 Berlinetta gets 730 HP and 690 Nm (509 lb-ft) of torque.

Channeling output to the rear wheels is a re-tuned 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, which reportedly allows for 30 percent quicker upshifts, and 40 percent faster downshifts.

Additionally, the upcoming Italian supercar will get rear-wheel steering, which will probably be similar to the system used on the F12tdf. Contributing to its improved handling is a 'new electric steering rack'.

Describing a fully-function car that was allegedly present at the private event in Maranello, FerrariChat's member said that new LED headlights, and a revised front end, help set it apart. Inside, a new 8.8-inch infotainment system is said to have been added.

Ferrari is likely to release details in the coming weeks, as the F12M, whose name remains unconfirmed, is believed to debut in Geneva this March.

Final judgment to be reserved till I see it in flesh, but not feeling those renders thus far, seems as though the beautifully elegant lines of the F12 berlinetta have been messed with the wrong way

Agreed. I'm not sure if I like that Ferrari getting a "family" face and butt. I liked that the Ferrari models had a more distinctive look. Opposite of what Porsche has been doing lately.

Yeah... Not quite sure about what Ferrari seems to have done to the side profile. Those parallel lines might be as aero-efficient as they can be, but are surely not nice. Rear is not bad and front is clearly not beautiful.

Let's hope the real deal looks better.
