Ok, proof that whoever designed the current A8 did a damn good job.

If im not misstaken it was Walter De Silva who designed it
He is the head of Lamborghini design now if im not misstaken again

Lord I hope they don't do a cut and paste or make a giant A4 for the next A8, that would be a real letdown. The current car deserves better.

IMO this exterior pic is very credible & representative.
Just like the ones of MB E-class AutoBild were (published few weeks ago).
I guess the photos are from some internal presentation of a finished prototype ...

Regarding interior: IMO it's a photo of mock-up ... same case as E-class & new 7er interior pics AutoBild published a while ago: showcasing general design layout while some details can still be changed in the production version (eg. buttons & knob material, trim, steering wheel etc).

It most certainly won't look like that. If it does wind up looking like a giant A4 then Audi will have goofed big time in my eyes. The current A8 is still of the top 3 best looking large sedans on the road today. The current cars deserves are better follow up than this.

thanks eni well if so i think its a bit dissapointing ..as for the interiro i like the pop up screen i no i am one off the few but i have it in my c class and i like it......
