*** is that interior..looks wierd with all angles..
Looks like its been inspired by the design of a stadium or something..
And it looks jaguar Xjish

If recent history is to be repeated then the S7 will be force feed, like the other most recent S models. Whether they follow the same route with an RS version is hard to predict as these models are very limited production runs and have less of an effect on the overall CO2 emissions of the entire company but my best guess is all future high performance models that are non-supercar will be FI or at the very least Hybrid.

The A7/S7 is shaping up quite nicely, this is really going to be a really hot segment in a very short space of time. The CLS had it all to itself for an entire generation, however with the A7 and now the GC it is going to be really interesting which car wins the hearts and minds of the segments target clientele.

From what I have seen the majority of CLS owners here in California seem to be executive types in the 45-55 age group who you would typically see driving E550's but jumping at the opportunity to have something more sporty to alleviate their mid life crisis because they can't afford to run a second car. The A7 and GC I think will draw in a much younger crowd perhaps the 35-45 year olds who want dynamic styling but consider MB a more mature drivers car.

To be fair all three look like they will be stunning cars, I wonder what you guys think of what type of buyers each of these cars will attract.

PS
Andy - I really like the PS you made, I will not be surprised if they turn out to be around 95% accurate.

PPS
As for engines, i'm expecting A7's to be - 3.0 Supercharged along with 3.0 and 4.0 diesel and a 4.0TT for the S7 along with some form of hybrid model appear in the not to distant future....just my guess.

Am I the only one that compares this always to...

Probably.....don't see any resemblance at all, but then again any fastback/hatchback should have a similar profile, what your suggesting is similar to saying a 3 series is comparable to any other car that has typical sedan features i.e a volvo s60 or a 4 door honda accord, but i think we will all agree that the bmw interpretation is way different.

LED-strip sporting same shape as the R8 LEDs? Perhaps the R8 facelift will introduce a different shape for the two seater and be more differentiated from the A7.

Can some one from Holland post some pictures and some information please?:eusa_pray

Booo, another US targeted launch. Brace yourself for another late night release. Either way I'm eager to see the car, especially the S version

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
